PORT ELIZABETH: On Sunday 15 March, His Eminence Archbishop Sergios Metropolitan Bishop of Good Hope, officiated at the Service of the Holy Eucharist which included the Feast of the Veneration of the Holy and Life-giving Cross at the Church of the Dormition of The Mother of God. Reverend Father George Giannakopoulos, the new Parish Priest in Port Elizabeth officiated together with His Eminence. His Eminence ordains Jiannis Tyropolis at the Chruch of The Dormition of The Mother of God, Port Elizabeth. Deacon Father Jiannis Tyropolis has been a Psalti for many years at the Church of The Dormition of The Mother of God in Port Elizabeth.
